Customer service rep went above and beyond to reroute my flight. She was very patient polite and friendly.

I was really giving up on trying to find a ticket and I remembered student universe. The first time I looked I got a really good flight at a good with very humane layovers and I booked it immediately with zero difficulty at all. My only suggestion is that get there price drop refund at $5. It really helps as flight prices drop so it’s a good thing to have and get the refund not really sure how it works but I wish I had got it but besides all that good service overall 😀😀

The customer service is fantastic! They answer questions by email and answer phone calls really fast with high efficiency. I was actually in a rush booking ticket, their speed really gave me security!

Very reasonable

Fast and to the point, easy to find the right airports and filter by departure time, arrival time, and airlines. Definitely my new favorite website to use for flights. Plus they had the cheapest flights I could find. The app also made things easy to find and put into my phone so I won’t forget my flight.
