Please mention the type of cards that are allowed to make payment, already if it is in place please make sure that it is visible for the user so that they can go through. Rest of things are great UI, prices, book process.

I liked using this service, the ability to choose flexible dates for flights and get the cheapest ones was awesome! I wish that the listing for each flight option was easier to read and have more information however. Overall I liked it!

I have used student universe on multiple occasions, and have always had pretty good experience. I have gotten amazing deals to Ireland, Puerto Rico, Italy, France, Hong Kong, Spain, and now Portugal! I always feel like I’m getting the best price for the flights I choose, and I find it super convenient to purchase travel insurance for my trip while I’m getting my flights. This time around there was something funky going on in-between their app and their website. There was a price difference of about $10 for the flight on their website verses on their app. Then when I tried to purchase the flights on the app, I waited for about half an hour for the confirmation to come through and it never did. I ended up exiting the app and starting all over. The second time through was very smooth, and more similar to my past experiences with Student Universe! (I am just keeping a close eye on my bank account and my Student Universe account to make sure my purchase only went through once.) Ultimately, I am super happy about being able to travel again! Thank you Student Universe!
