I’ve received an email from student universe so I’m looking forward to seeing them do change when they do I’ll change it to 5 stars. Hi my flight was cancelled due to a change of time I have asked air Lingus for a refund which then they proceeded to give me mixed answers which I made clear I was confused about they than made it clear to me my refund was sent and that it would take 7-10 days for me to receive it however the card air Lingus read for me was a MasterCard which 4 last digits were completely different to my card I proceeded to ring student universe which than confirmed they had my card on their system I’m very confused on why air Lingus have a complete different 4 digit bank number instead of mine I’ve called numerous times to ask which than they proceeded to end the call on me. I’m very disappointed and upset at this.

My college chainged date to start school. I have to cancel fright to make different date that I have no choice. I talked costumer service operator she said " I can't change the fright " I lost 100% I pay for air tickets which I paid. And I have to buy new tickets again.... There is No merit to buy this website if it comes treble like this.

Mark was incredibly patient and explained how your company has to protect people from fraud. He offered to help me in my difficulties to make this work. I think he could have done better, though. The amount of stress I experienced from this phone call to get help sorta soured my first impression of your company. Perhaps Expedia or booking.com would have been more customer service friendly. Also, who the heck calls from an undisclosed number as a company in regards to fraud demanding credit card numbers! Super shady stuff. Great now I gotta watch my bank extra closely.
