I priced my trip with baggage included, but after I clicked pay, the booking was issued with no checked bags. That was deceptive. Would not recommend.

This is not the actual cathay pacific student discount website; you scammed me 60 dollars because I could have purchased the ticket for 60 less if I used the correct cathay pacific student discount. Also, nothing about prime discount was shown on the page.

At a minimum the travel agency should follow the airlines no fee 24 hour cancellation policy. It’s disappointing to know that had I booked directly with the airline that I could have made a change to my itinerary without a fee. Instead it would Cost me $250 per passenger with the agency to make a change within 24 hours of booking. Not reasonable I fully understand charging a fee after the 24hr period. Needless to say I will never use this agency nor recommend this agency to anyone.

horrible. I had a multiple fraudulent charges from their company after putting in my credit card information! stay away!!!! They replied: so I called customer service. THEY DID NOT HELP AT ALL!! DID NOT INVESTIGATE. They told me a manager would call me back. It’s been a week and when I followed up a person told me they probably would never call me back… thanks for the reply though! Nice to know you are about your public appearance :)

I booked and paid for a flight to Portugal and purchased travel insurance. The flight was on Air Lingus. My mother in law got ill and we had to cancel the trip almost 10-months before the flight because we were going to have to take care of her. The agent at Student Universe told me that our flight was non-refundable and that we should use our trip insurance that we purchased through them to get a refund. The amount of paper work and backup the insurance company required was unbelievable. I think they do that on purpose so people just give up. Long story short, they denied our claim stating that it wasn't covered and we were out $1,200.

We booked a flight to the UK, all fees paid, only to find out after I rang today was the flight price was increased and the flight was cancelled, with no correspondence from them, nor a refund at this time….the last email I received was that the trip was confirmed! Had I not have rang I would still think we were going? I am so disappointed with this company I will not use them again, I also wonder if any other people are in the same situation as us and think they are booked? I scored them a 1 only because there was no zero.
