Professional Courtesy And Affordability

My family has been using Student Universe for decades. My older sisters used it for European travel and now I am going to Finland for a year to study. Easy site to navigate and prices are the best.

I thought it was to good to be true. I was trying to grab a last minute flight (booked within a week of travel) and I was getting quotes from anywhere from $440-$515. I had just received an email from Amazon Prime Student listing StudentUniverse as a perk of being a member. I signed up for membership which was really easy. I downloaded the app and it was very easy to use. I looked up my flight and saw the price of 279! I booked it and waited with apprehension because I still didn’t believe it. Well I made it to my destination (LA to VA) without any problem! Now I’m shouting it to the rooftops for others to use Student Universe.

Customer service agent was very helpful with my enquiries and questions.

After having a bad experience with Expedia, I switched to Student Universe. Student Universe has been so much clearer, professional, and quick to respond and follow through by email and phone.
