i had a problem changing my card info as it reached the limit and spent more than 30 minutes on international call waiting for someone to pick up the phone and spent another 10 minutes waiting them to solve the problem then they told me that nothing they can do and the only way is to cancel the reservation and try again with the new card information and i had to buy it 80 dollars more expensive as the price raised while im waiting i spent around 40 dollars international call spent another 80 for the new price 120 dollars because u dont have options to edit credit card infos what a great company

Bad travel agent don't buy ticket from them, you can't claim back refund if anything happens.

Customer service weren’t helpful. I wanted to use my travel voucher and they didn’t provide that. Am very disappointed

i booked a flight for our Son who is in the Uk and desperately needs to get home to Brisbane. His Dad is really ill. London to Vanvouver then to Brisbane. The week after I booked, the airline decided to cancel the last part of the flight schedule. As an alternative. the has the audacity to offer him a rescheduling of London to Toronto then on to Vancouver. Absolutely no mention of the correct destination to Brisbane. We've been told they are actually working against all the the IATA rulings. apparently, they are supposed to find us a flight despite the cost to them. NO WAY. When we've called (10 times and emailed, 10 times) all we are getting is and I quote! "its the airline fault! We've booked with Student Universe a few times before and never had a problem, so Im stunned with the service we have received especially in these dark times. And especially when we cannot afford to book another flight.

Terrible experience with this company over the past 7 months. Will never be using them again.

Couldn’t book my flight. When through several prompts just for you all to tell me the flight I selected cannot be booked. Complete waste of time.

I have never dealt with a more dishonest company in my life this is literally theft what they have done to me . My flight was cancelled back in June. I called and was advised a request for refund has been sent and just waiting on Royal Brunei to approve and it would take 2 to 4 months for their response which was a lie. I called Royal Brunei and checked with them and they said they had authorized a full refund and no cancellation fee back in June. Why is studentuniverse lying and holding onto our monyey which is a significant amount and not issuing a refund. Absolute disgrace i will be lodging a complaint with ATAS and AFTA and ACCC as they do not even have a complaint resolution procedure.
