So the Problems with Studentuniverse are ridicioulous. Not just that they make you problems with giving back your money, they also try to trick you and put the fault on you they are UNBELIEVABLE !! We booked a flight from Louisville to Frankfurt with Studentuniverse. Three Days later they tell us to call them cause the Flight got cancelled from the airline. After we call them they want to kno if we want to reschedule the flight or if we want a Refund.. We wanted the Refund cause ... Now comes the funny thing. They charged US 180 Dollar for cancelling the Flight?!?!?! Like WHAT THE HELL. The flight was 500 and they wanted to pay us 320 but anyway we never flew with them and till TODAY DIDNT RECEIVE 1 DOLLAR!!! The lawyer is already informed but for me its more important you guys read this REAL MESSAGE and dont book with these Scammer and loose your money. BELIEVE ME !!! THANKS

IT IS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY BOTH. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!! I had my previous voucher on which I tried to book and did payment online but I did not received any booking when I called the representative again he said booking has not been done and now flight rate has increased. He went offline and found flight which fits in my budget and he told me about the details but I was unable to see any such flight on the website. I asked him about it and he said website is not updated but after he did booking and I checked I realized instead of june 1st he booked for july 1st. Its been 4:30 long hours I was on call and trying too book tickets. because of their mistake I paid extra money and waste my time. THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD AND DO NOT COME WHEN THEY ARE AT FALUT.

This website is awful. I have had nothing but problems. And the only reason I am even buying through this company is because I have a voucher. Take my advice and buy directly through the airline and NOT through student universe. They are not “for the students” and they have saved me no money like they claim. In fact they have taken more money and wasted hours of my time. Never again.

They have charged my card and I have yet to receive any type of confirmation. You would think if you’re spending hundreds of dollars on something that you can get a confirmation after the purchase. When will I receive confirmation, will it be from student universe or my major air line? You have to make these known so people feel secure.

They cancelled the flight but they still charged my credit card. I booked the flight and received no confirmation. Student Universe emailed asking for pictures of my credit card details. However,they have ALREADY CHARGED the credit card. This is disgraceful. I will be seeking legal action against this company for fraudulently taking money for no service.

The purchase didn't go through twice, 6$ were deducted two times and still no ticket.

I was happy with your program but downgraded you because of 2 problems. 1. I filtered for EWR but it kept showing a bunch of flights to LGA also. 2. You emailed me an offer for $10 off on 1st flight but code didn’t work. I saw later that I was supposed to use the link in email instead of code on App. I later saw on your website a $20 off offer. I look forward to future flights with you.
