Hi, sorry that your booking was not successful while your friends' was. As you may know, our fare update comes from the airline itself that is why our system checks for the current ticket price when you hit "select". Please note that prices are dynamic and may fluctuate in accordance with airline inventory. Purchasing flights online are on a first-come-first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee the fares and seats unless they are charged and ticketed. We could offer you a promo code for you next use to save a bit as courtesy. Please contact our customer service if you have any concerns. Thanks.

Hi, after conversations with the airline, they claimed that it was the passenger who canceled the flights on their app. Could you help verify this? Sorry for the inconvenience but we were not able to cancel or change your booking. As per the airline's policy, if the flight is within 7 days, there will be a cancellation penalty. If it's not correct, please contact us again via [email protected] and our supervisor will review your case.

Hi, we are sorry you had an unpleasant experience with your covid test and travel. Apologies that we were a bit busy during peak travel season (around Christmas), so the wait to reach out to our customer service could be a bit longer. However, even though you tried to contact us 3 hours before flight departure regarding your covid test issue (you were tagged as no show by the airline), we might still be able to get you refunded. Please reach out to our customer service again and provide proof of denied boarding, and we will do our best to negotiate with the airline. Thanks.

Hi, Sorry that this happened to you. It's highly likely that you booked a basic economy class ticket, where when you click "trip detail", you can see the cabin class. Then when you click add to cart, we do show a pop-up window reminding customers the restrictions of such tickets, which includes rules of non-refundable or changeable. You can only proceed to the next step when you either agree to book basic economy or upgrade to economy, which gives more flexibility for change and cancellation. Then when you reach at the checkout page, we again display “Rules and Restrictions” under Important Flight Information. You find out what the change/cancellation policy is there. Again, we are sorry that you had such unpleasant experience with us. Feel free to contact our customer service team and see what we can do to minimize the loss for you. Good luck with your travels and hope you score a great deal with us next time!
