Stuart Weitzman was a fashion genius. His shoes were adored. Once in the same echelon as Christian and Prada, since selling to tapestry, they have fallen below Candies! I will never buy a pair of SW's again. I bought a pair of SW booties from Neiman's, in the first hour I had put them on after purchase at my husbands 40th Birthday, the heel ripped from the leather. Neither Neimans nor SW would exchange for a new pair. They pointed at each other. How typical and disappointing these days. The once iconic brands are both cheap imitations, with no customer loyalty and they are all making a fortune with cheap labor and cheap product. Unfortunately, they are no longer worth the price!

Fraudelent. They hold your money and don’t refund you.

Horrible experience with their customer service! Returned the boots the same day I received them. They would only give me store credit which has taken over a month to actually receive! Still don’t have it. They claim that they’re emailing it but no such thing. AVOID them at all costs!!

Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist dürftig! Der Design ist zwar schön, aber die Herstellung ist mangelhaft. Der Service lässt viel zu wünschen übrig und werden sie sodann nach zahlreichen Mails und Bildern von abgebrochene Schuhabsätze konfrontiert, so reicht ihnen die Ausrede „die Garantie ist angelaufen und der Fall ist erledigt“!

Avoid at all costs. Purchased boots which were sent quickly, but the invoice and returns form I received say I paid £100 less than what I actually did. Tried contacting customer service several times and nobody ever responded. Having read reviews here, I understand this is their way of avoiding paying tax on returns - it says NOWHERE on their website that returns incur a charge (especially not 25% of what you paid). The boots are nice but one is tighter than the other and I feel I cannot return them as I am worried I will receive no refund. Appalling, non-existent customer service. If you really want to buy a pair of their shoes, do so from a third party retailer. I would never buy from this brand again and the whole experience has left a very bitter taste. For the cost of the shoes, customer service should be a premium. Disgusting and shameful.

Pessimo servizio, non acquisterò mai più da Stuart Weitzman. Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe due mesi fa e non mi sono mai state consegnate. Per tutto questo tempo, il tracking del pacco indicava che l'ordine era "in transito". Ho atteso pazientemente, ma dopo due mesi di nulla, ho deciso di contattare il servizio clienti, sperando almeno in una spiegazione o in una soluzione. La risposta è stata scandalosa: mi è stato detto che non avrei ricevuto né il pacco né un rimborso, perchè dal loro sistema il pacco risultava consegnato! Sono rimasta senza parole di fronte a tanta mancanza di professionalità e rispetto per i clienti. Evitate di comprare da Stuart Weitzman se non volete buttare i vostri soldi e perdere tempo dietro a un servizio clienti totalmente inutile e inefficiente. Una pessima esperienza sotto ogni punto di vista.

This is a terrible company? Please avoid at all costs if you are ordering from the UK. What they don't tell you is that if you return your goods, they will deduct all customs and taxes from your refund. So I bought a pair of boots for 325 pounds plus 16 pounds delivery and they are only going to refund me 270 pounds. They said I need to take up the dispute of the 55 pounds with the customs office. Nowhere on their website is this stipulated!! Con artists at their best as UPS told me the company should be dealing with Customs amd not the customer!
