Stuart & LauReviews of stuartandlau.com

Supper supportive team and excellent product quality.

The warranty repair on my briefcase was quickly and easily arranged and completed. I love my briefcase and I get compliments on it all the time. I would definitely buy from them again.

The customer service is exceptional. My briefcase was going to arrive after Christmas- the CEO wrote me and was able to ensure the delivery before Christmas. 🎅 Wonderful experience.

I’ve had my Regimen Gyn Bag for a week now and I love it. It’s functional to my exact likes for a daily bag. Fits all my gym and my work gear and keeps it all organized. Extremely well made and high end materials make it truly feel like the perfect hybrid bag. I’m excited to take it with me on vacation next week. Also, the customer service is on point!

Great briefcase and super service.

I think there are a lot of brands that make high quality bags, these are no exception. The reason why I would order again from Stuart and Lau specifically though, is because of their friendly, patient support that also went the extra mile for me. Working out things with fed-ex about getting the right import taxes presented was a major help. I have no experience buying from overseas so it's thanks to support that the whole process didn't stress me out. Cheers!

Support was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Resolved my issue quickly.

Fantastic communication. Quick response to any inquiry. Quick delivery. Great product. Already getting compliments days in. Recommending to anyone that appreciates quality.
