I own both the Cary and Monaco bags and couldn’t be happier with how they’ve held up since purchasing them over three years ago. It’s a testament to the quality of the materials and construction that they hardly look worse for wear—if anything, the leather handles have softened and make it more comfortable to carry. What’s more, the sharp, clever internal features really put S&L above its peers, imo.

Excellent customer service. I recently submitted an initial review regarding my briefcase purchase. I am really enjoying the briefcase itself, but the strap is slightly uncomfortable. Someone reached out to me the following day to let me know they have a prototype comfort strap available that I can try. I haven’t received the replacement strap just yet, but the customer service and responsiveness has been exceptional. I have really enjoyed my briefcase and, most importantly, working with this company.
