My order has been delivered 180 miles away from where I live. Customer service are ignoring my emails. Don't buy, they come from China not the UK. You can get them off Ebay for £5 or less.

The delay in receiving was unacceptable....almost 2 weeks, I was convinced I was the victim of a scam . On receipt I have worn them (correctly according to the websire) and have found little difference...to be fair its early days, but relief is not instantaneous as website implies...and no information included on receipt of how to return if not satisfied...and no response to my email querying how I return them if I wish to do so ..Customer Service is appalling.. I am beginning to think the whole thing IS a scam, conning people in pain ..giving them false hope for profit....

I should have checked their reviews (customer support)on Trustpilot first before ordering. I was told that their knee strap won’t help knee osteoarthritis which I have. I contacted customer support 4 times asking for them to send me a return label. No response. They’ve got my money so that’s all that matters. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!
