I bought these bands hoping they would work on my painful knees. Their website promised a 60 day money back guarantee for any reason. Needless to say they didn’t work so I contacted Stryde for return and rebate as per their rebate policy. They only refunded 25%and wouldn’t answer why they wouldn’t honour their guarantee. I would keep your money if youre thinking of using them. Awful company.

Well my parcel from stride still has,nt turned up Tried to contact them several times and they dont reply. Didn’t,t realise they were from China either. Says it been delivered & that it’s in Britain but the pin drop says it’s been delivered elsewhere, but it they don’t respond how do I find out . Ah,ah ,a trip to the postoffice i suppose. Who’s at fault here The postoffice ???

If I could give it a zero I would. The straps are very uncomfortable. If you don’t have them completely tight, it moves around. It doesn’t stay in place. Now that I’m trying to get a refund. They are hassling me about it saying they cannot accept a full refund at this stage. What stage? The website says 60 day guarantee but they do not honor it, only offering me partial refund, even though your website says different is a scam! Do not buy from this company!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY . the straps are tiny. Didn't even fit round my leg. Piece of crap being put together in some factory. Its disgusting cos the people ordering them are in pain and hoping this is gonna help them. Gutted .
