StrongusshoesReviews of strongusshoes.com

I would give this company NO stars if I could. Shoes were received but are too small. Emailed at their listed “support” address, and it’s evidently not valid. Don’t order from this company. They are NOT AFFILIATED WITH QVC, like their ad indicated!! 😡

I wish I would have red all reviews before I ordered my pair of shoes on March 16, 2026, today is May 3 and no shoes has arrived. I sent an email to the company but no response from them yet. Reading the reviews, I'm wondering if the company still in business?

Ordered the wrong item. I returned them with a reorder of right item. They charged for both orders and I have not recieved the correct item yet. No response from the company in weeks. I feel like I have been more than patient. I am feel I am just out of the $119.98 for these slippers that have yet to arrive.

Placed my order on July 3rd. Followed tracking and it seems my shoes are stuck in New York and finally sent to a US Mail Recovery Center because they could not be delivered. They will not follow up or refund my money after many requests. It's now November 25, and I still don't have my shoes. They will not refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Not what I expected The shoes I ordered were supposed to be 7.5 w. Also one seems slightly longer. I believe I received two different sizes and one was wide and the other was not. They also are not a great quality

THIS COMPANY STINKS- they send the wrong size- I send back the shoes asking for them to replace the shoes with the CORRECT SIZE and they email me back asking me for a pic OR video of the original SHIPPING LABEL- over $80 SHOES- that I paid to send back $12 on my dime- and THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY OR EVEN SEND ME THE CORRECT SIZE!

If I could give a minus I would. They are plastic, don't let the cork like soles fool you. No traction bottoms are plastic and slippery.

My product is lost and I requested a refund. I just keep getting automated emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!
