James made the process easy to obtain an SBA Bolt loan and kept in contact from start to finish. He gathered all necessary docs and advocated for us when the lender wanted more. Friendly and responsive. We get a lot of phone calls and emails from lenders but Strong Term's approach came across very trustworthy. I plan on referring more businesses to James.
