Hi Gino, Connor here from StrongTerm. We reviewed our records and weren’t able to locate the prior opt-out replies you referenced, so it appears those messages unfortunately did not reach us. We honor opt-out requests when received, and we’ve now placed your company on our do-not-contact list to ensure there is no further outreach from us. If you need to reach us directly for any reason, our main office line is (415) 287-3407. Sorry for the frustration here. Best, Connor Perkey StrongTerm
