Asked for a screw, didn’t get screwed
I reached out to Striking Viking about a replacement screw and rivet that had popped that i had for a few monthsw on my beard comb. I thought that I might be able to just get a small part mailed and fix it myself. They let me know they didn’t have replacement screws available, but instead of leaving it there, they offered to send me a completely new comb. Honestly, that’s way more than I expected. It’s rare to see that level of customer service these days. Quick response, no hassle, and they went out of their way to make it much more than right. Great experience overall. I’ll definitely keep buying from them.
