My order was not fulfilled
My order was not fulfilled. I increased my initial order to secure a free promotional beard oil. If this promotional beard oil had not been offered, my initial order would have been much smaller. Once the products were received, they came in two separate shipments. Neither had my free promotional item. I reached out to the company and expressed this issue. They stated the product would not be sent because the value of the item did not exceed the shipment. They did give me a free shipping coupon, and a 10% off coupon which cant be combined. However this would require me to spend MORE on products I may not actually want or need to feel the good faith discounts. Kind of feel like poor bussiness to be honest, but atleast it was something offered. Not the same but its a kind gesture. Aside from this experience, the products are solid.
