This platform is a disaster, and their business practices are appalling. My experience with Strike trading Platform has been a nightmare. After depositing a significant amount of money, my account was suddenly frozen without warning or explanation. When I reached out to their support team, they refused to provide any details about why my account was locked. All they would say is that I "violated their terms and conditions," but they wouldn't specify which terms or conditions I allegedly violated. Two months passed, and my account remains locked, with no resolution in sight.

If there was the zero star option I would rate STRIKE 0. They stole my money by closing my account and customer service ignoring my arguments for reversal. Thank God for my bank that after a month did resolve the dispute on my favor. Don’t give money to thieves.

I made a wire transfer to strike then bought bitcoins ,,, bitcoin went up so I tried to sell the bitcoins 2 days later but it said acct under review, they don’t reply to emails, my money is gone,, we need regulations, you stupid using strike…..update on Jan 30 strike wired my funds to my bank thus they didn’t steal them. Thank you strike team

they stole my money and closed my account and basically said to try to get my money back via my bank. Ha. criminals. Update: filed complaint with bbb. Strike eventually got back and returned my funds playing dumb saying they guess i wasnt able to get my money back through my bank. Duh. Would never have seen it without doing this. Still wouldn't recommend them. The 30something ceo hoodie wearing punk is your typical stereotype who imo is a criminal who hasnt had his cohorts turn on him yet.

I was experiencing positivity from dealing with them until I deposited a larger amount than previously and they closed my account without any explanation. I asked for a reason and they denied providing me with one. If they have limitations they're not disclosing that's a huge public relations issue!

The last couple weeks I have transferred four separate transactions totaling $20,000. Subsequently I purchased bitcoin. Yesterday I tried to make a wire transfer and it didn’t go through, which is OK. However, they sent me an email saying they closed my account. Didn’t refund the 20,000. They told me to go to the bank and try and get the $20,000 back. I don’t know just take your money close your account and then not respond to me.

I think the Strike trading Platform is a scam !! When I attempted to withdraw my funds to transfer to my Trust account in ETH, they put my funds in BNB teller instead , and the Trust wallet does not have BNB US app to allow me to withdraw my funds. So Strike instructed me to transfer my funds from the BNB teller back to their Strike trading platform . When ai attempted again to withdraw my funds they now said it is their policy I have to deposited the same amount I current hace in my account to double the amount to do one more option trading before they will allow me to withdraw my funds !! I think this is a outrageous scam to freeze my account to take all my funds since I din"t have another double amount of money to deposited back into this Struje platform !!I hope some one can help me solve this issue to get my money back from Strike !!
