Strikes
I deposited my money dec. fourth. I sent some and the rest I ask for a refund. They said too do that I had to close my account which I did. I waited to hear about my refund. I was told that they had to hold my money for 60 days. No reason why even when ask. They told me I had to have my bank reverse my deposit. They couldn’t do it at this stage. So Strike said my bank had to give them a letter saying they couldn’t. I did this as well. They told me the letter wasn’t good enough and they wouldn’t issue a refund. I think it’s illegal practice. I filed a complaint with Michigan consumer affairs and the district attorney.

Steve, we hear how serious this is. ACH deposits can remain reversible during a settlement window, and account closure or refund questions need private review. Strike does not keep customer funds. If you still need help, please continue with [email protected] so the team can review your account-specific situation securely.
