Ease of use and transparency. Wish the bill pay feature was similar to a bank in that you have a list if bills to pay that you enter the amount and then click pay.

Strike is easily the best bitcoin financial company in the world. You get low fees buy/sell orders, tax reporting, lightning wallet, borrow against bitcoin, etc. The UI is super simple and clean. But the best feature by far is their customer service. Any question I have gets answered within 1-2 hours and the responses are thorough and thoughtful. You can tell their customer service team is knowledgeable in bitcoin and their product.

After 9 years in the crypto space, this "diamond hands" woman only uses Strike to DCA into Bitcoin. They are the cheapest, simplest and most secure platform that I have found. I've tried others in the past, but this is now my only go-to place.
