I ordered the wrong size, but they are Hassel free on giving my my money back on a credit. Then I ordered the correct size. Great quality!

WORST purchase ever. The print was not directly on the shirt but on some weird plastic-y material on top of the shirt. THIS MAKES IT LOOK SUPER CHEAP. But of course you can't tell this from their photos. Never had that happen when ordering what is represented as a screen printed shirt. ON THE ITEM PAGE I PURCHASED IT SAYS RETURNS MUST BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 30 DAYS, LEADING YOU TO BELIEVE YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK....BUT NOPE! On top of that, their website says "QUICK AND EASY RETURNS" but not until you read the full return policy do they tell you there are no returns, only exchange for STORE CREDIT. Even Redbubble's shirts are better than this folks.

Overall good service and great items

If I could give this place a 0 stars I totally would. I ordered from their online store. Order was not received by me but conveniently was "signed" by me. When I asked for proof after arguing with them about this I did get an email with the date and time it was "delivered" to me AND it had my signature which I NEVER signed for anything at all!! Now they are telling me I have to file a claim and go through this process. A part of me wants to say screw it, it is what it is but I think I'll just call my bank instead as this may be the easier way to handle this situation. Needless to say, I will NEVER EVER order from here again.
