THRT brand is for skinny lil boys im assuming ...I ordered 3x shorts and it looks like a large ..bad business..I also ordered a 3x hoodie but received an XL..they must have a blind person working in the back fulfilling their orders..thats why I would stick to just ordering shirts from this company..never again ...wonder why I havnt bought from this company in a couple years ...stick to Temu..lol.

I ordered my items Dec,5th for my son's 19th birthday Dec.15... well since that's around Christmas this company didn't care and also shipped things slowly and late all the while charging me for shipping when it stated free shipping over a certain price point which I meet. Moral of the story all items came late, bad off i won't bother because customer service didn't care, told me to request a refund! Huh... so called 10 day shipping is fake fake!

Hello Kwasi, We work hard to satisfy and guarantee a positive experience for our customers. We are sorry if you were not happy with your recent experience with us. Please note that due to our products being made to order there is a lead time, which is the 7-10 processing and handling days before the actual delivery phase of the shipment. Please also note that weekends and Holidays are excluded from the business days as we do not operate on the weekends and Holidays. Nevertheless, we value your business and respect. We want to find a way to turn your negative review into a good one. Please email us at [email protected] or feel free to contact us at 888-820-4028. Best, Diadem Customer Care Associate
