FATMAP is killed due a poor Strava Quality!! They were not able to put FATMAP functionality inside their own app and refuse to pay refund for those that have purchage FATMAP licence. Company with 0 customer focus and also destroy companies that were doing a good work, Shame on you Flavio

I got a subscription a year ago. After a few months the app kept crashing. So, I cancelled my account. This weekend I had a notification from my bank to say a withdrawal of £54.99 had been taken from my account. There was no notification of this. I don't have automatic renewal on any accounts, but Strava don't have an opt out and just take it anyway. They don't send any notifications of cancellations or any changes. There is no way of contacting customer services. This leaves them free to help themselves to your money every year
