Shocking , recurring payment of 54.99 taken out of my account with no warning . Tried to contact them for a refund , no reply no contact number . Scammers .

Meine Mitgliedschaft wurde nach Zahlung nicht aktiviert. Strava reagiert nicht auf Mails! Finger weg von Strava! Das Geld ist weg!

Subscription cancellation mechanism not working and none existent support means I'm either going to have to cancel credit card to avoid further payments being taken, or report as an unauthorized transaction after to get money back.

J'ai eu un problème au moment de l'achat de 2 ''abonnements-cadeaux'' que je souhaitais offrir. J'ai contacté le service client Strava par mail pour être remboursée. Ma demande à été traitée rapidement, avec efficacité, compréhension et bienveillance. J'ai été très vite intégralement remboursée !

Eens even deze app getest. Zeer slechte app! Ga op zoek naar een andere app! Volgens Strava zou je een maand gratis gebruik mogen maken van de app maar na dag drie werkte de app al niet meer. Om weer gebruik van de app te kunnen maken moest ik betalen! De app wijkt ook ver af van mijn sporthorloge de Garmin Forerunner 245.

Did not want this subscription. Cannot cancel it, cannot get a refund and cannot contact anyone to do anything about it. Locked into a years worth of something that I do not want.
