They are kind and honest first of all. Also they have a great knowledge of their work. You can understand when you talk with them. Also, they are pretty succesful. I follow them for nearly 8 months and saw their gains on twitter live. They also lose sometimes but they know how to handle this kind of situations (professionals). They never deleted any posts. Their gains and losses are still on twitter you can check them. Lastly, i am excited for their education. I read their posts regularly and it helped me taking decisions.
