Do not do service with this company (infinite law group). First, the company that you call to sign up for services (strategic consulting) in essence tells you what you wanna hear as far as keeping your cards, very easy payments, and even though the program is 4 years you can see results in as little as 6 months, etc. Then when you sign up you get a completely different person stating the first person is no longer with them. Then when they start making errors, like over drafting your account because they took out the full payment even though you have a signed agreement for split payments on specific dates, they blame that first person who supposedly doesn't work there anymore. I requested a refund and reimbursement for the over-draft fees incurred since the 14th of September (and the 26th of august) and to date (28th Sept) still not refund even though refunds take 48-72 hours. I was told yesterday the refund had been approved on the 19th. So today since my money isn't in my account I asked to cancel my contract and was told I have to wait for 2 to 3 weeks for the refund of what's in my score account as well as the refund that has been approved since the 19th.

The communication was terrible
The communication was terrible. Reached out over 4 times through email and leaving voicemails without any type of communication back. I would not deal with a company like this especially financially.

Horrible!
Horrible!! Scams!! I applied for the program back in February, they've been taking my money since then but haven't settle any of my debt, when I asked when are they going to settle my debt, they told me that I have to put more money in the program and if there's enough money to negotiate to any of my creditors, that's when they can settle each of debt. I've been so stressed about this, I thought they are going to pay off my debt and then I will pay them monthly, they told me to not pay any of my credit cards so they can negotiate, but then they told it'll take a while and I need to put more money in my savings account to this program. My credit score is going down hill, the impact is really hurting my credit and I cannot even cancel this and cannot apply to a different debt consolidation. It has been 5 months and still hasn't help me, instead it just giving me more problems. 😡

Horrible, Misleading & Rude
Horrible & rude. The offer I received in the mail was absolutely misleading - not even remotely close to the final numbers, even with my Excellent credit score. They lured me in with a super-low rate of 3.89% amortized over 360 months, and then actually offered me 8.3% for 72 months. When I stated this, their agent actually hung up on me! Run.

****FRAUD *** DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. REVIEWS ON HERE ARE FAKE. THIS COMPANY LIES TO GET YOU TO ENROLLED AND THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU THAT IT TAKES 5-8 MONTHS BEFORE THEY EVEN MAKE A PAYMENT WITH YOUR CREDITORS. IF YOU ARE NEEDING TO RENEW YOUR LEASE OR MOVE NO ONE WILL RENT TO YOU WITH MONTHS OF UNPAID PAYMENTS. WE CANCELED IMMEDIATLY AND THEN AS THEY TOOK MULTIPLE PAYMENTS FROM OUR CHECKING, UNAUTHORIZED * FRAUD* THEY SAID SORRY WE FORGOT TO CLOSE THE CANCELLEND ACCOUNT. THEY CANNOT REFUND OUR MONEY THEY HAVE NOW TAKEN MULTIPLE MONTHS AND ARE SAYING THAT ONCE THEY CONFIRM THE PAYMENTS ARE IN THEIR BANK THEY CAN FIX THE PROBLME AND CLOSE THE ACCOUNT AND THEN REFUND THE MONEY, MAYBE. THIS COMAPNY IS SCAMMING PEOPLE AND MORE SO WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE ACCOUNT BEFORE YOU EVEN START THE PROGRAM, THEY ARE EARNING INTEREST ON THE MONEY THEY STEAL FROM YOU, THAT IS HOW THEY ARE IN BUSINESS. ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS ONLINE PROVE THIS AND THIS SITE IS NOT SHOWING TRUE REVIEWS. THE COMPANY HAS POSTED THEIR OWN REVIEWS, THESE ARE NOT TRUE PEOPLE AND JUST BAD EMAILS USED TO POST A REVIEW.

This is not a low-interest refinancing loan...
This is not a low-interest debt consolidation lender. They are marketed in postal mailings offering low-interest debt consolidation loans with unbelievably favorable interest rates, but it's just a come-on. When they contact you as a "partner" of the company that sent the mailing, they will promote a negotiated debt settlement solution that is *not* a refinancing loan. It will greatly reduce your payments and debt, but it will result in your accounts being "settled", which is not the same thing on your credit report as having paid them off. It's a seven-year smear on your credit - not as bad as a collection, but still problematic. Moreover, "settling" an account results in that account being closed, so you lose any credit cards that you "settle".
This is a good solution, if you are already late on your payments, in collections, or in danger of bankruptcy. If you just can't afford the debt that you have, then a negotiated debt settlement might be the right answer. You don't need credit cards that you can't pay, anyway, and the credit smear from a "settlement" is meaningless if you are already in (or headed for) collections. If you are just looking for a better interest rate on debt in accounts in good standing, then this isn't the right solution for you. The refinancing loan is nonsense; they aren't going to offer it to you. Talk to your bank about a personal loan or line of credit - they may be able to offer a better interest rate than you currently pay. It probably won't be the ridiculously low rates that these guys offer, but at least your bank will likely be straight with you about what you can realistically get.
Even if you would benefit from a negotiated debt settlement solution, you should consider doing business with someone else - preferably someone whose office you can actually go and visit. The deceptive marketing tactics of these guys are a bellwether for the way that they conduct their business. If they'll reel you in with nonsense, then they're likely to continue feeding you nonsense for as long as it benefits them.
Check out their Glassdoor reviews; these are reviews from current (?) and former employees. (Question mark, because based on the content of those reviews, I doubt that many of the reviewers stayed on with the company for very long after posting their reviews.) Do your due diligence, before signing up with these guys. You will likely find someone better - probably someone with less aggressive marketing and more aggressive negotiators.

I regret doing this
A major creditor was left out of the consolidation resulting in litigation from that creditor

Read the fine print
The initial sales pitch was very good, after meeting with the attorney, she said she would not take my case. I said OK, and called my Initial contact at strategic and told him what happened. He tried to convince me they could find me another attorney who would take my case. I said let me think on this.
I decided to hold off and cancelled the contract.
They use 3rd party vendors and they started making withdrawls from my account even tho my contract was voided.
Finally got it resolved via 3rd party. Original salesman refused my calls and would never get back to me except via a short email saying he was busy.
