He explained everything for me from the beginning and with patience took all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He is a stellar representative of this group. I call him any time of the day and he has always been a great listener. He takes all my concerns seriously and responds genuinely advising me how to act with or react to my creditors. He knows how to relieve his clients and explain to them the process to understand their creditors. I am so thankful that he is assisting me with resolving my indebtedness.

Sara was very easy to talk to explaining everything. She always let me ask a question, and always had the answer. Everything she said was going to happen and when, was exactly how it was. Sara was very good at putting my fears to rest.

To tell you the truth that I was a little scared and not knowing what to expect but the consultant Chris really made it very easy to understand and explain everything. There was no hesitation not even in the delay as far as signing the papers with the notary we met at Starbucks coffee made it that much easier now going forward I know they said it's going to take a while at least 6 months so that's the scary part and I don't want to get into any legal problems with the creditors but they also helped me with attorneys if there was a problem thank you for all your help I appreciate the first start on the way to clear my debts
