When I first received a notification via the mail from Proper Funding I was tempted to consign this communication to the trash as I am in receipt of so very many "offers'', but there was something about this particular advertisement that interested me I applied online, and soon after that, I was contacted by Mr. David Janosz ( a thoroughly decent man) from Strategic Consulting, and after a lengthy and very informative discussion with him, along with my wife's approval (!)
