When I made the call, I must admit I was hesitant this would actually be real. And it was thankfully! Andrew helped me with getting the process going and shared step-by-step with how the process will go for me. Also, discssued the possible outcomes with my debt and credit score. Now I am officially graduated from the program and do not have credit card debt. The outcome was close to BOGO free and my financial situation is in a good spot. I was able to put some extra money in my account and this all took less than 1 year for me. After an ugly divorce, this was the support I needed to move forward without stressing over debt.

I was verbally walked through the steps very respectfully and care was made to make sure I understood the process.

Andy E. was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He is the gold standard by which all of your consultants should be measured. I had several questions sent in multiple emails. Andy's response time was nearly immediate. He walked us through each step of the process, including a follow-up e-mail after we met with the notary.. Likewise our interactions with the notary, Ashton, proved to be just as positive. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable, she was very pleasant to deal with.
