Business seems to still be in business...
UPDATE - Finally heard from the company and received my login information. Won't go into the whole story, but thankfully they are still in business and I got what I paid for! This business has closed this week abruptly after receiving our final payment and Alex told me he would send me our website and domain login 2 days ago and as of today, all 3 numbers I have are disconnected and the website has been taken down. If anyone has a different way to reach them, I just want my login info to be able to update our website etc. It would be appreciated!
Response from Stratagem Solutions LLCAug 24, 2026
Thank you for updating your review. We’re glad you received your website and domain login information, but we sincerely apologize for the concern and frustration caused by the communication gap and disconnected contact numbers. We understand how alarming it must have been to believe that you could no longer access assets you had paid for. We appreciate your patience while the matter was resolved. We are reviewing our communication and account-handover procedures to help prevent this type of situation from happening again. If you need any further assistance accessing or managing your website, please contact our team directly.

Spam calling all the time
They cold call and you can barely understand the indians trying to sell you something! STOP SPAMMING!!!
Response from Stratagem Solutions LLCAug 24, 2026
We’re sorry for the unwanted calls and the frustration they caused. We respect all cultures and backgrounds, but for clarity, our calling team is not based in India. Regardless of who made the calls, you should not continue receiving them after asking us to stop. Please send us the telephone number that was contacted through our private support channel so we can verify whether the calls originated from our company and immediately add it to our do-not-call list. We are also reviewing our outreach practices to ensure requests to stop are handled promptly.

Stratagem Solutions for the win!
Alex has been a great representative of this company even following up when life get away from me which is quite often! The company has done an excellent job at boosting my Google ranking, taking me from not in the first page to top of the first page. They were flexible enough to adjust certain key words that I wanted to add into their processes. Above all I highly recommend Alex and his team at Stratagem Solutions

Help is on the way
I would like to start out saying thank you to Strategem Solutions LLC. Alex Clinton explain to me how to reclaim my Google page and in doing so I was able to modify it and take control of it and now I have a link to a website that they built with a domain that takes appointments and interactions with the public.
