I love all my straps that I ordered for my Fitbit Ionic. They were a great price and they wear perfectly.

The straps did not fit my firbit versa. I am very disappointed, I spent money on something that is absolutely useless to me. I received a call today from the supplier of the fitbit versa watch straps. I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they refund my money, but offered to send me new straps. This kind of customer service, is worth five stars. I highly recommend this company, their customer service is phenomenal.

I ordered a new band for my Fitbit Surge on Dec 11. Due entirely to problems with our USPS the band was not delivered until Jan 11. Almost a month for the band to go from NY to Boston! The long delivery delay was noticed by the owner of Strapsco who contacted me by email to apologize for the delay and offered to make my customer experience with his company a good one even though it was caused by the USPS. If i do need a new watch band in the future Strapsco will be the first store I check. They offer a great selection of bands at very good prices. The only thing I would do differently is try to get the order shipped by FedEx of UPS.

Customer Service is 5 Stars plus. The reason for the 4 star rating is because I purchased a leather strap for a Fitbit Inspire in August, it broke in October; immediately replaced, great experience. However, that replacement broke in December. Again immediately replaced, this time with a different style which was priced higher, but at no additional cost to me. I’m hoping third time’s a charm.
