I appreciated the class and the writing assignment was my favorite part. It would be helpful to have a video series to accompany the class.

Lots of typos, proctored exam ran into quite a few issues. Other then that the course was interesting and fulfilled the needed requirements.

I enjoyed my courses for English’s and communication because I felt like my hard work reflected my grade and things were straight forward, however my experience with the Bio course was terrible, not only were the lessons confusing and difficult to learn, but the exam took me several tries with the Proctor U because they said my computer had too much of this or not enough of that or even one time they told me they couldn’t find the exam so I couldn’t take it at all. Thankfully I did receive three 12$ exam refunds for thing, however when I did finally take the exam I found the information to not match the things I studied which was frustrating. I did end up passing with a 75% so I’m still thankful but I feel that I wasted a lot of stress and time on the bio course for really good reason.

The only thing that was stupid was the proctoring on the final. There just isn't a reason to do it and just made it take longer to finish the class

Hi Hayden, thank you for being a StraighterLine student. Glad to hear your experience overall was positive. We understand your frustrations about proctoring. The good news is proctoring helps maintain the validity of our online courses so that you receive the credit you deserve. We appreciate your feedback and wish you good luck on your educational journey.

Great course! Got the credits in needed fast. A bit pricy.

The Anatomy and Physiology I class was dense material. It's based off the textbook. It was helpful to buy a cheap, used copy. Thus, there's a lot of reading. The other prep material on Straighterline is minimal, mostly quiz style. There are a few links to outside material, but not much. Youtube and Khan Academy have helpful videos. I did not take advantage of the free tutoring. Overall, not an interactive course and kind of grueling with so much reading and quizzes, but several quiz attempts allowed and I learned a lot and received college credit for a great price.

Will be signing up to do another course (A&PII) around the first of June.
