The courses at your own pace are great. Testing times are good.

The lessons are all solid, well paced, and informative. The only reason the rating is 4 stars instead of 5 is the cumbersome proctoring system.

I liked how straightforward I could communicate with the organization's IT support and general FAQ and how easily they responded for the most part.

The courses were good but not so much the graders.

The practice quiz questions were messed up in the second half of the course, and this made knowing the real answer hard because they were never explained

The course was great, however the final should have been more focus on the textbook provided.

Equipment for the exam are hard to meet

Easy to use. However would like more review to prepare for final exam
