The only reason I gave it two stars is because I’m glad the option was available but straighterline sucks. There was a week where I couldn’t even turn in assignments. The student advisors are completely worthless. Any advice they ever gave me was wrong. I called about transcripts. They gave me the wrong information, that wasn’t even an option. I called to get set up for my proctored exam. Terrible advice that was completely wrong. Luckily, the proctor with the third party was able to help. The tutor line available to students, knew nothing about the material I was studying. The questions were nothing short of tricky. It was not a good test of knowledge. The lab I ordered from their partner was missing items. They said they would send them out immediately. They never sent them out. I had to purchase my own supplies on top of the ridiculous amount I was already charged. The only thing positive was my effort to persevere and get a good grade. The more I think about my experience, it was a zero star experience. If you have another option I would highly recommend exploring that. No way it could be any worse than straighterline.

Courses have too much information to…
Courses have too much information to cover. The videos provided are not helpful whatsoever. I studied and took notes for months and they were not helpful. There should be other options to earn points for a grade, not just quizzes and exams. I also think it is ridiculous that some questions are worth so much that if you get 3 wrong you're already at a B or C. No typically class would have so little questions worth so much, especially in math where there are curves to allow people to pass.

Bio and bio lab
I feel like within both of the classes a lot of the fees were hidden and as for assignments I kept getting flagged for my own work so I would have to go in and change them to wrong answers just to get credit and not be flagged.

Not good
The final test for the class included primarily content that was NOT covered in the course, so I did very poorly on the last test. I attempted to take a chemistry class and it was insanely hard so I couldn't finish it.
