I took two classes with them, 2 classes, Accounting I and II. In my experience, it's really just an atrocious service. No supplementary learning materials were provided. The only resource was an old poorly formatted textbook. Not only was it formatted badly, but it was obtuse to understand as well. Important information was hidden away in footnotes, or examples. The main text was filled with useless ramblings that didn't teach anything. The latency of everything is horrible. Turn a page in the book? 2 second wait. Fill in a question on a quiz? 3 second wait. Navigate to a new page. 4 second wait. I didn't learn anything, I just hunkered down for the unpleasant experience, passed the tests, and then went back and watched some infinitely more informative Youtube videos. If you can, take Sophia or Cengage classes instead. They are both rich in learning materials, supplemental materials, visual, audio, and text media. Importantly you can actually download the resources for notes as well.

Unfortunately this time around I am absolutely not happy with Straighterline. I bought the 9+ classes Plus monthly subscription and for over a week now I have not been able to get my grades transcribed. Why? Because my grades are not updating in the dashboard even though I have fully completed the classes and taken the final exams.I don't know what this is due to but I am absolutely not happy that I can't get my grades. The young man at the support desk was very tactful and kind, helped me open a case with the problem and really tried to help. A day later, when I didn't notice any updates, I called support again and the girl who answered the phone was very annoyed, answered sharply. But she didn't change the situation either. Straighterline, when will I get my grades????

Horrible layout, confusing timeline, terrible proctors, worst platform I’ve ever used. Final exam content was beyond irrelevant to the topic of the course. Setting up the final exam was so confusing and stressful. Hate this platform with a passion. Would never recommend it to anyone. In fact, if I were the CEO, I would just sell Straighter Line and let it go to shat because that’s what it already is anyway. Shat. I hate Straighter Line. I hate this stupid platform. Useless waste of time and money. Disgusting.

Original assignments were flagged for plagiarism when it were the questions that were actually being flagged. I’ve been trying to access my account for a month to request my transcripts to no success. I’m very disappointed because this is hindering my progress in my education and life.

I had my Anatomy and Physiology courses several years old and registered for two courses Anatomy and Physiology I and II thinking that I have to take it. But then I found another route where I didn't have to take those courses for me. So the courses were useless to me. I never started the course, I just purchased it. So I asked for refund multiple times but the manager of member and billing service never listened to my concern and kept saying there will be no refund citing their no-refund policy. My circumstance was unique but they didn't bother to listen at all. So I just lost $178 for no reason.
