I wrote two negative reviews already during my reviews of the two courses. First: Your dashboard is broken, it is difficult to navigate, and really needs some functionality. When you hit 'continue course' half of the time it will go to the last course you had open and not the class you selected, needs to be corrected somehow. Your exams have broken or confusing questions (Like your 'experts' said that the questions had 2 correct answers out of 4, that should not be plausible). Your proctored exams are awful: The rules and regulations that you have given to the proctoring team are not the same instructions that you give us as students, and it is infinitely frustrating, stressful, and just straight invasive. If you want us to take a proctored exam, give us the rules that you have given the other team AHEAD OF TIME just so we can have our ducks in a row. Overall, I am only giving you 2 starts because of how cheap you are. I do what I can to lead people away from your site, just based on the horrible experiences I have and continue to have navigating and using your coursework. I thank God I'll be done soon.

The course was fine but when I got to the proctored final exam the guy that proctored my exam was a total a$$. He nit-picked every little thing he could think of like the decor on my walls - with literally no correlation to the exam - and made me sit uncomfortably with my back against the wall so I wouldn’t look at my decor of literal music artists. I took humanities bro. Not the study of rap culture. Get prescribed bud cause you need to chill the f out However, the course “assignments” had little to no correlation to the actual test and quizzes that went along with the chapters (PSA. i took a humanities course on the U.S. government). The exams would glitch out and take forever to get to the next question. Would sometimes be sitting there in complete frustration to the point where I did not even want to do the course anymore. There are definitely better online college course(s) websites you can find. I would not recommend spending your money here. The management needs to work on the bugs with the website and their staff because they’re all so miserable and unnecessarily rude to paying customers.

General Chemistry course is very difficult. Would not recommend. Lab course was fine.

The information given to students differs from what is provided to the graders. This information was confirmed to me by a specialist, Niki. The “Student Advisors” apparently don’t have direct contact with the graders either, and have to use their Academic Team to bridge the gap between them. Such a breakdown in communication directly affects the student. I had to contact three different “advisors” across two mediums just for the expectation discrepancies to not be resolved. I had to submit the same assignment at least three times because the graders used an outdated rubric. This was again confirmed by the “advisors” I spoke to. Such deviations from what is provided to students is absolutely detrimental to the learning process and prolonged the time it took to finish the course by at least a week.

When trying to take my final test, it kept freezing and not loading everything so I just had to pick things and I got a bad grade.

Class was moved to their legacy platform without warning. Had problems taking the final. Many hyperlinks in the class material no longer worked or were outdated. Proctoring service had issues getting the final operational. Many calls back and forth with Straighterline to get sorted. It was a very painful process.

I was reaching out for help before my final when your system was not working and no one helped me. I filled out a request for support and even weeks later I have still had no one reach out. Your customer service is horrible. I’m glad I’m complete with my degree.

The course syllabus us good and very informative. It is well structured. But the quizes and the final exams caused dissatisfaction. Many questions in the Quiz were confusing. Right answers were not provided in some quizes. Especially Calculations with formulas used. Not knowing the right answers to the question gave me anxiety before the exams. Regarding final exam, my system became so slow during the exam be because of procturing that most of the time went in wait for the page to load. Fortunately, I passed, but I was nervous than usual of running out of time because of these tech issues. FYI my internet speed was good but it slowed down during proctor.
