StraighterLine has one of the largest transfer networks in the alternative credit space, with hundreds of partner institutions that have agreed to accept our courses for transfer credit. Transfer acceptance ultimately depends on each receiving institution’s policies, which can change over time. We strongly encourage students to contact their school’s academic advisor or registrar’s office prior to enrolling to confirm transfer eligibility.

Since your experience, StraighterLine has moved away from ProctorU and introduced a new proctoring solution designed to be more streamlined, reliable, and student-friendly. While prior proctoring methods have been phased out, final exams are administered in a secure environment to ensure a fair and consistent experience. Maintaining academic integrity is still important to us, but we’ve worked to improve communication around exam expectations and reduce technical friction wherever possible.
