Love the courses at my own pace , but it’s like fee after fee after fee. Fee to have a log in , fee to take exams, fees to reschedule exams , fees everywhere.

I thought the class was good, but taught way above a 100 level class

I love being able to do my pre reqs at my own pace but at the same time I think it would be beneficial to add some information videos along with the lesson.

The course & lab wasn’t the issue. Reaching customer service for issues that were beyond me was the issue. I got locked out of my account due to “none payment” but the money was taken from my account. I called and called and everyone but 1 representative did not do their job. This rep made sure my ticket was placed and my account became unblocked due to a straighterline error. This set me back horribly because I was working on a deadline. Also I got a zero on an assignment that was “not in the rubric” when it was the exact assignment. Little things upset me. And I wasn’t compensated for my account being locked for 3 weeks of July

Although the Proctor U tech tried, my issue was not resolved, I was eventually able to figure out how to fix it on my own. The course itself was okay up until the final. I am normally an A student and found the final to be more difficult than anticipated. The amount of information to study was overwhelming.

the videos for my course were not the easiest to learn from, i had to follow and listen to a professor on youtube to help me learn but i liked how it was set up with the quizzes.

I don’t dislike the program, I don’t like the fact that we have to pay for a membership! I don’t have a problem paying for the proctor but when you can’t get through and miss your test because there behind I have a problem with!
