We're sorry to hear that you had a difficult course experience. All of our students have access to the writing center and 24/7 tutoring through tutor.com, but would love to hear about what else you think could be done to support our students. If you'd like to discuss this further, please reach out to [email protected].

Class is great and straightforward. The final exam however is a completely different story. The third party company used for those exams (ProctorU) is worthless! So unprofessional and unrealistic. They literally make you stop every few minutes to reinspect your room and the desk you’re taking the exam on if you test virtually. Doesn’t matter if this takes your time away from your final exam. If you fail due to this issue straighterline does not care! You are told to retake the class only for the exact same thing to happen over and over again. What a JOKE!

Makes it hard for students to finish simple credits with the hoops they make you jump for extra expenses regardless if you got it or not

THought this was a good way to get back to College. Poor customer service. Website is confusing. Expensive for what you get. I'll go directly to the University and take online classes there.
