I got charged an extra month because I was waiting for a Turnitin assignment to be graded, when I had finished all my coursework. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Charging monthly for a b.s. course that should be done on my own time is a disgrace. Having proctored exams when the course should simply be assignments is disgusting. The courses are for b.s courses that are in no way related to what I’m studying and it is just a way to make money. You’re gross.

When their customer service rep you talk to on the phone tells you they cancelled your account for good but they really didn’t and you get charged again and they wouldn’t reimburse the cost for the membership when you were done and you were under the impression they had cancelled the account for me.

Never have anyone available to speak with. Website has issues. When I needed to cancel my subscription prior to payment it would not allow me. Doing my exam took over 2 hours to start. When I made a complaint it was stated there was no evidence showing the exam started late.
