Iam trying to get a grade of B but the questions are way tooooooo difficult to answer. Also, the system doesn't give you the correct answer which is very bad.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY STEAL! I took two courses and went in the dashboard to cancel for various reasons, and they still charged me $200 dollars and refused to give it back even though there is a recorded call that goes over the whole situation. I requested that transcripts be sent to my new school and I have been waiting for three weeks with no response. At this point, I'm going to be exploring my legal options.

i WAS CHARGE FOR TIME NOT ON THE SYSTEM. Please refund me the last charge you made automatically

Very bad customer service representatives to the point I remember the worst one who always answered name Marcus he was sooo rude I would be so nice then finally had to ask why are you so miserable he hung up on me twice tried to lie when I called back . They try to talk to you like a idiot

This has been the worst experience ever when it comes to online courses i’ve taken several and never had this many issues submitting an assignment. There was a couple times where I had a message from an instructor i’m assuming letting me know that I needed to resubmit a different topic. So I redid my speeches so it could be resubmitted and it wouldn’t let me. Assuming they had tech support or something that could fix this issue the only thing they have available are student advisors that are honestly useless because they couldn’t do anything on their end but tell me I have to pay for the course again to submit the assignment. It’s not user friendly, you can’t actually message or interact with an instructor, it’s horrible.

This is just such a sad excuse of a site. It is by far the easiest way to get credits but for a reason; you will gain nothing from it. The tests and quizzes are so poorly written that it does not help at all. A good example is you read a chapter, take notes do whatever you need, then you take the practice test or "homework". The "homework" is always just true or false questions usually regarding key words and terms. Within this you have questions for things that were only mentioned in passing under something like the caption of a picture. Then you get to the actual graded tests which are usually open book, (stupid idea for a graded test) within the test you have multiple choices questions which you have not been prepared for at all. You're used to a true or false question about buzzwords and you're immediately thrust into a paragraph and a half long question which has to do with things from lessons you may not have even gotten to (as the book jumps around chapters like playing hopscotch with a three legged girl) and I have found on multiple tests that there were spelling errors leading to incorrect answers which were brought to the attention of the company who changed them. Very unprofessional place as well customer service-wise. So you go from absolutely braindead word to testing on things you haven't been taught usually with wrong answers or spelling mistakes. Then once all that nightmare is over you finally get to the final (the only test which is closed book). Here you go from a relaxed and frankly pathetic environment to the most rigid and strict test taking you can imagine. You have to set up a proctor appointment with people who don't speak one word of english and fumble around for hours trying your hardest to get the test going to which I have had on more than one occasion the proctor disconnect midtest or prior to it because they got frustrated or something happened in whatever country they reside which leads to a whole host of problems. You get into the test and once again it goes from simple vocab to things you haven't been taught, poorly written, and usually with many provably wrong answers that contradict the book it teaches you out of. Overall, I have done several classes and averaged above 90% but learned next to nothing and wasted my time. Good transfer credits but a complete joke of an educational company. If you truly care about learning or your educational experience, DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY.

The course was fine, however the proctored final test was a disaster. Took 3 weeks of scheduling different tests to complete it due to a variety of technical problems

The worst website I have ever used and worst course I have ever taken online. Website takes forever to load (about 8+ seconds) to go from one question to the next on quizzes and navigating the site in general. You can click on a link to go to the textbook and it will take you to the home screen of the website instead, this is the case for many different links and makes it take several minutes just to open the textbook for when it eventually works. You WILL spend more time on average waiting for the site to load properly than actually completing the quizzes (as the timer continues). I have looked it up and know for a fact I am not the only person with this issue. Assignments and quizzes are horrible preparation for the exam and extremely unrelated. I am taking an accounting class and while the quizzes asked simple true/false questions about definitions of random terms hardly mentioned (which by itself is ridiculous) the exam makes you solve math equations that it never asked you about before as well as throws in lots of irrelevant data to try and make you mess up. What is the point of the homework and quizzes if they only relate to about 5 of the 25 questions on the exam?? Possibly one of the worst parts of this whole experience is that the quizzes hardly ever explain the correct answer if you get it wrong and the exams provide NO feedback at all on how to fix your mistakes despite it giving you 3 attempts to take the exam. How are you supposed to learn if you are never given the opportunity to? That's the worst part, this site contributes absolutely nothing to you actually learning. They give you access to a textbook that they did not create and revolve your assignments around that without providing anything to help you grow. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only thing I am getting from this course is frustration and a loss in my bank account. I will never use this site again, I only wish Sophia.org was accepted by my school for this course so I could go back there.
