The course didn't have a single instructor/grader assigned which resulted in inconsistent and conflicting expectations, feedback, demands and grading from too many different instructors/grading staff for a single writing/English course. Might be fine for exact sciences, like math, but I would not recommend for any course where a grade dependents on random graders' subjective opinion.

This place was absolutely terrible! I did not enjoy the experience and would not recommend this place to anyone! Communication was terrible, and lots of rude staff and the people that proctor the test also rude.

No assistance with credits to be transferred - colleges do not take credits - terrible!

User interface is poorly made and hard to use. Loading times between each question range from 20 seconds to 1 min each, and the majority of allotted time for each test is spent loading. Test questions often make no sense and the third party used for proctored tests is subpar at best. Exactly what you would expect from a $100 college course.

I am currently taking Business ethics and Business law. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks. Each day the website seems to lag even more. When I am taking my exams and midterms I spend more time on it lagging then getting through it and run out of time. I am dyslexic and have ADHD and this makes my learning disability much worse. I have reached out via phone and online chat and haven't gotten a call back or an online person. As of right now I have not had any contact from anyone from this online college. I have reached out in two different types of communication. I have cleared my cache and cookies and everything. I have a degree already in IT and am very IT competent. This is a website issue not a computer, internet issue, or user error. The website needs some serious updates to handle the traffic they are trying to keep up with. While the lagging is an issue should increase test times and how many times we can take them. This not communicating with students with disabilities or have a fix in place for our accommodations is not ok. I will be doing my other online through Saylor or Sophia online.

You guys wouldn’t let me cancel my membership on time. Your business hours were incorrect. When I did have a chance to call the only help I had was to email you guys because you aren’t allowed to talk financial over the phone which is in my opinion just poorly ran!

Don’t waste your time with the school it’s expensive and the customers service is ghetto The work assignment and requirements don’t match you won’t learn a thing and best thing you have different instructors grading ur paper so you will be repeating your work 10 times do not pay 79 plus 99 it’s a scam they need to close down
