We loved the quality and speedy service

Great Price

I've been wearing STQ shoes for years now. To the point that when I can, I order another pair to put away just in case. They are so easy to wear and provide the support that I require.

I have to wait for about 25 days on order to get my sneakers. Since I didn't receive the email stating my shipping I decided to chat with someone there. I didn't receive any response during the chat. I have to wait a couple of days to get response in the chat. It was frustrating. They told me if I still wanted the order they could do it for me. I accepted and two days later I received a email indicating the shipping. Few days after I get my sneakers.

The shoes were

super comfy

Box delivered to wrong address. Verified by photo definitely not my porch.

I have been trying to get ahold of you because my shoes don't fit they are to small and I can not get ahold of anyone to help me. I just want to return these and get a size 10 instead. Please help me.
