We ordered two rolling racks. Both arrived damaged, one without wheels! We called and additional racks were sent, The customer service staff was friendly. However, the replacement racks that we received were also damaged. We had to piece together parts to make these work for our business. Poor Quality!

Ordered Jan 23, it’s Feb 23 and it still never came. I called a little over a week ago I called to see what’s going on and they said my box had too many labels on it so they’ll resend me a new one that should have been here last Thursday or Friday. Nothing came, at this point I just want to cancel the whole order and get a refund.

The last 2 orders I've placed with Store Supply Warehouse I've paid extra at check out to have my products shipped & delivered within 2 business days. Both purchases I received some of my order within 2 businesses days like I paid for however the remainder of my purchases did not arrive until 5-7 business days later. Both times I had to call in, follow up on my order & request a refund on my shipping since I paid extra to have these products shipped to me within 2 days & not 5-7 business days later. Why offer to have 2 day shipping if you are unable to provide this service within the 2 day time frame as it states at checkout? Why are you not automatically refunding your customers when you are unable to provide the services you are offering within the time frame that is listed on your website? I should not have to call in to find out why I didn't receive my product within the designated time that your company promised & then request a refund for my shipping that I paid extra for to have delivered to me within that designated time frame that you eagerly take immediately from my bank account but takes up to a week for me to get reimbursed.
