the first order was bad and the replacement order was much better. The color is not what I truly wanted. However the costumer service was wonderful. If you can get my colors correct I will be buying more for my business. Thank You Lisa

Product arrived timely in a well-packed, yet enormous, over-sized box. The amount of packing paper required to fill the interior was astounding. The foam heads weighed almost nothing but the resulting shipping charge was ~$19.00 and probably would have been half that amount if the box was cut down to a proper size. I understand that it takes time to cut down the box and that that effort would have slowed down the speed which my product went out the door, but the the environment and I paid a price for this questionable efficiently.
