Love the trays and inserts, they are the perfect sizes....only gave a 4 star because a few of the trays were broken and I had to tape them together....would definitely order more of them....

While my original order was reported lost by the shipping company, Store Supply Warehouse immediately arranged for another shipment to be sent which was received very quickly. I really appreciated the customer service I received and how quickly the issue was resolved.

I ordered 1pack of 10 clip hooks. Instead I received 1 clip hook. After contacting you the pack of 10 was sent.

Always fast and great. Just a SKU mixup with tissue paper color. Yall replaced it kindly with a lovely written note. The replacement was still not green haha, all good though. I just think the colors are mixed with the SKUs. Thanks for always being great!

I had ordered needles for our pricing guns and when the rest of my order arrived I had an empty plastic container but no needles. I had to call three times to get the needles delivered. Each time I was promised they would ship out the next day. It would have been better to be told you were out of stock and the needles would be ship as soon as they could.

Service was great, however I did receive a few of the clear bins with cracks on them.

My cabinet was not all put in the pallet when shipped, so you had to ship the rest of the order a second time. Bad coordination in your warehouse. But the missing box was shipped within the eek, so overall you came through, but with a hassle for both of us.
