Orders were duplicated

the boxes are good, the shipping costs felt excessive; especially the way they arrived. everything was out of the white outer carton. many of the boxes were broken and when i reached out i had zero response.

I received Items broken contacted customer support sent one item but other item never showed up had to reorder another item which I was never told that it was going to be delivered late contacted customer support again to find out the information. The products I received were great but the whole process of receiving the items needs to be improved

I had ordered a sunglasses rack - it arrived quite damaged - Store Supply quickly replaced at no cost. The service, as always, was impeccable. The new rack was perfect. However, it is cheaply made and difficult to display multiple sunglasses on without each pair running in to the ones on each side. I gladly would have paid more for a better display - just wish either the photo or description gave a more accurate idea of what I was buying. It was the footprint size I was looking for - just need something better quality. Store Supply Warehouse has always been top notch to work with - everything they did was awesome - it is just the item itself I was disappointed with. Diane Smith
