Ordered a pretty big order of about 9-18 different fixtures. Half of our order arrived within the time period as promised the other half is still not here and arriving sporadically and very damaged. Most of the 4 way fixtures we ordered look like they completely fell out of the original box as had to be re-boxed in the middle of shipping. Some boxes are missing pieces and are just not in good condition from falling out of the boxes. Wish that extra care would be taken knowing that these are heavy metal items and should be properly boxed for transportation.

I have yet to receive my purchase.

I placed an order on the 29th of July and the tracking number is no where to be found on your website under order history. The status is showing complete so I called and was given a tracking number by customer service. UPS tracking states its not a valid number. I want to know where my order is please.

5 of the 10 acrylic bins were Cracked.

Purchased plastic Maniquin for our floor. This cheapness in quality is irritating. The leg joint is so loose that if you move it it comes undone and falls apart. The arm joints are loose and can't be posed at all. On top of all this the eyelash was half way off when opened. I will not purchase any of these again

I ordered an earring holder/ tower But it came broke I called and they sent me out a second one immediately again it came broke I called a third time and they sent me a third one which came broke. These earring towers/holders are very cheaply made I couldn’t even put all the pieces together of the broke ones to make a good one I gave up on trying to get one that was not broke so I lost money.

I never received the order. I logged into my account online and it says the order is on hold. No one has contacted me to let me know.

My order was supposed to arrive on Friday July 2nd but did not get delivered until Thursday July 8th. I needed my order to create a display wall for my products to show at an event on the 8th, which meant I had to come up with and buy a work around solution and rush to put something to together last min before the show. The package was on the truck in time therefore it got shipped out not problem but FedEx kept saying it could not make the delivery, even know I was present at the location which is also equipped with a ring device which can open the door for packages.
