Most of our items were received in good order. And we were given the opportunity to replace an item that was out of stock with the shipping of the replacement done very quickly. However, the reason for the 3 is the fact that most of the size S circular hanger labels were missing, the packaging was open and what was left of them were dispersed inside the shipping box.

Product (shopping bags) were absolutely fine - problem was with delivery - expected (per your invoice) to receive within a week - actually took over two weeks - we had to substitute a less suitable product from another supplier to handle our needs - however, I will continue to use Store Supply Warehouse where appropriate

Box came completely open and was split along many of the seems. Most of the bags inside were thankfully still usable.

My order was not received in a timely way, it got held up for some reason at UPS. There was some confusion about our address and I called to double check on it. I have yet to receive all of my order.

I order custom bags and this service takes 4 to 6 weeks. That's the biggest downfall playing the waiting game. Once I receive them the bags are usually good quality every order I get at least 10 or so that are not usable.
